Cold and white weather leaves people at home. If possible. Seems for some this wasn't.
I am happy I took the photo. Beautiful horse, isn't it. And... proud, since we've got some very great comments on photoblog.

- make a pile starting with tires
- use something to start the fire
- follow what is happening and rearrange the pile if needed...

a very prepared group appeared the previous week. Surprisingly for me, they were doing their 'job' so confidently and without any rush. Burning tires and cables or other waste is forbidden, if you read the low.
When I saw them, I've called the police. Three times, with 10-15 min. intervals between the calls. During the nearly 1,5 h this was happening,no one appeared to check what is happening.
Well, I am not going to share my thoughts. These are the facts.

Samokov last 2007 smokes
This is all year round. On Christmas and during these last 2007' days - smokes and smells are entering my home. Samokov.... It looks like people accept the situation for normal. That is a private land - then everything is allowed!? How? Why the Municipality keeps busy and silent? Why do they clean this private land twice a week? Why no one ever really tried to stop this, to solve the problem?...
